It’s a blissful Thursday. I woke up late on a work day. Feeling great for taking leave and waking up on a leave day in Singapore. This was my first time. I watched Community College TV series, packed and board on the plane two hours later. I travelled with a bunch of interesting people today. Indonesian aunties, tanned western family, over dressed ladies, a guy who needs attention from everyone and Indian couple with a friend who missed this flight because they stuck on immigration, yes I eavesdropped.
Finally, me, my four thousand baht and best friends arrived. Oh, I just love Krabi! What’s not to like? I fell in love with it the minute I sat on Chuck De restaurant near the Krabi river. This town vibe in my frequency. It has a very laid back atmosphere, cheap delicious food, non existence traffic and great weather, maybe we all should move here? After paying one single dollar papaya salad and four bucks for a glass of white russian, we head back to the hotel. On the way, we stopped by at the local provision store because it’s a tradition or I am making it as one.
Tomorrow we are leaving to Phi Phi island. I am not sure what’s there but I have a feeling, if it’s similar to Krabi, I will be just fine.
